เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ (Terms of Service)

ภาษาไทย

• ให้คำปรึกษากฎหมายตามแพ็กเกจที่ลูกค้าเลือก (Starter, Standard, Premium)
• งานบริการครอบคลุมเฉพาะรายการที่ระบุไว้ในแพ็กเกจและ/หรือข้อตกลงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
• งานนอกเหนือแพ็กเกจ (เช่น ออกศาล งานเร่งด่วน งานบุคคลที่สาม) อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

English

• Legal consultation is provided per the selected package (Starter, Standard, Premium).
• Services cover only items listed in the package and/or a written engagement.
• Out-of-scope work (e.g., court appearances, urgent matters, third-party costs) may incur additional fees.

• บริการที่ระบุว่า “ไม่จำกัด” อยู่ภายใต้หลักการใช้งานที่เหมาะสม โดยคำนึงถึงปริมาณงานที่สมเหตุสมผล
• ผู้ให้บริการอาจเสนอปรับแพ็กเกจหรือคิดค่าบริการส่วนเพิ่มหากพบการใช้งานเกินขอบเขตปกติ

• “Unlimited” items are subject to reasonable Fair Use thresholds.
• The Service Provider may propose an upgrade or additional fees where usage is excessive.

• ค่าบริการ ไม่รวม ค่าธรรมเนียมศาล ค่าธรรมเนียมราชการ ค่าแปลเอกสาร ค่าทนายต่างจังหวัด และค่าใช้จ่ายบุคคลที่สาม
• ชำระผ่านโอนบัญชี/ใบแจ้งหนี้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Invoice)

• Fees are payable in advance per package or written engagement.
• Fees exclude court/government fees, translations, upcountry travel, and third-party expenses.
• Payments via bank transfer or e-Invoice.

ผู้ให้บริการจะเก็บรักษาความลับของข้อมูลและเอกสารทั้งหมดของลูกค้า ตามหลักจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพทนายความและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

The Service Provider will maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the lawyers’ professional ethics and applicable laws.

• Cancellation must be in writing.
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
